A nursery room leader oversees a specific room, acting as a key member of the team to ensure high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. 

Key duties include leading and supporting staff, maintaining stimulating environments, planning activities, assessing children's development, managing administrative tasks such as risk assessments, and communicating with parents. 

A Nursery Practitioner  safeguards and nurtures young children (0-5 years), creating safe and stimulating environments, planning and leading engaging activities to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintaining strong communication with parents and staff. 

Key responsibilities involve acting as a key worker, monitoring development, managing daily routines such as feeding and nappy changes, ensuring adherence to childcare frameworks such as the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and fostering children's independence and social skills.
